A true surface peel for dullness, fine lines, and uneven tone, with a recovery measured in days.
The NanoLaserPeel is a light ablative laser. Unlike a gentle fractional laser, it removes a thin, even layer of the skin's outermost surface, the layer that holds much of the dullness, fine lines, and uneven tone that accumulate over the years.
As that layer is removed, the body heals by bringing fresh skin to the surface over the following days. The depth is adjustable, and your provider chooses it to match your skin and the recovery you can allow. The result is a brighter, smoother, more even surface, revealed as the old skin peels away.
Before anything is decided, your provider studies your skin and the recovery you can allow, then sets the depth of the peel to match. The NanoLaserPeel is adjustable, and the consultation is where its strength is matched to your skin and your schedule.
The skin is cleansed and numbed for comfort. Your provider then passes the laser across the area, taking off a thin, even layer of the surface to the agreed depth. You may feel warmth and some prickling. Afterward, Ariessence PDGF is applied to the fresh skin, to ease the healing and the collagen forming beneath. It is done within the appointment, and you go home the same day.
The skin feels warm and tight at first, like a sunburn, then peels over three to five days as the treated surface sloughs away. Let it peel on its own and never pick at it. Keep it moist, clean, and out of the sun entirely. Once the peeling completes, the fresh skin beneath is brighter and smoother. Plan for a few quiet days.

NanoLaserPeel is for the surface of the skin: dullness, fine lines, uneven tone that lighter treatments have only softened. It is best suited where the concern lives at the surface. For laxity, for deep lines, or for significant scarring, kinder tools wait, and we would be glad to walk you through them at consultation.
The right tool for the line you have. NanoLaserPeel is the tool for the surface.
The depth of a NanoLaserPeel is adjustable, and the temptation is always to go deeper. We do not, unless the skin asks for it. A peel set to your skin and your schedule produces a clean, predictable result. One set deeper than either calls for produces a longer recovery for proportionally less gain.
Choosing the right depth, every time, is the work.
The laser passes have to be even, the overlap measured, the attention close. A pass that lingered too long produces a deeper area that heals differently from the rest. A pass that moved too fast leaves a patch the peel did not reach.
The hand is the difference between a clean, even peel and an uneven one. The laser does not check itself.
NanoLaserPeel is not a series treatment. Many patients have one a year, often before a season or an event, and find that is enough. Some have two a year for more substantial refresh.
The cadence follows the skin, not the calendar. We do not schedule peels you do not need.
The NanoLaserPeel suits the person ready for a real refresh of the surface: tired, dull skin, fine lines, uneven tone and texture that gentler treatments only soften. It removes a thin layer of skin to reveal smoother, brighter skin beneath, and asks only a few days of recovery in return.
It is well suited to those who can set aside a long weekend, and who want a visible step beyond what a gentle laser or facial provides.
The NanoLaserPeel does its best work refreshing the surface of the skin. For lifting, or for the deeper scarring and significant texture that ask for a stronger laser, Profractional or a full resurfacing is the better path, and we would be glad to walk you through that at the consultation.
It also asks for a few days of true recovery and careful sun protection afterward. If neither is something you can give just now, it is kinder to wait than to begin. We will be here when the season suits.
We numb the skin thoroughly before treatment. During the laser pass, most patients describe a quick prickling sensation or warmth rather than pain. Afterward the skin feels much like a sunburn for the first day.
Some patients are happy with one treatment a year, particularly as a refresh before a season or event. Others build a more substantial result with two or three sessions spaced several months apart. We will tell you what your skin is likely to need at consultation.
You will peel, and it is visible. Plan the treatment for a time when you can stay in for a few days. The peeling is generally fine and even, not dramatic, but you will look as though your skin is sloughing. After the peel finishes, the fresh skin beneath is noticeably brighter.
A chemical peel uses an acid to dissolve the top layer of skin. A NanoLaserPeel uses laser energy to vaporize a thin layer of skin instead, with more precise control over depth and a more predictable result. The recovery and effect are otherwise similar.
Three to five days. The skin feels warm and tight for the first day or so, like a sunburn, then peels lightly over the following days as the treated surface sloughs away. It is important to let it peel on its own and never to pick or pull. By the end of the week, the skin beneath is brighter and smoother.
