
Dana holds a bachelor's degree in marketing management from Virginia Tech and spent twenty years in sales and customer service before joining the practice. The work she does now is the front of the day: the phone call before the appointment, the welcome at the door, the small reassurance for the patient who has not done this before. She supports the providers with what they need to do their work, and the patients with what they need to feel at ease. She is the mother of three teenagers.
